Dr Joseph Spaziani is a Board Certified Physician trained at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He is one of the first highly trained medical doctors to enter and pioneer in the field of "Integrative" or "Holistic" Medicine. Dr. Spaziani spent a good portion of his career "Helping People Help Themselves" as Medical Director of Hippocrates Health Institute-- An internationally acclaimed Medical Health Spa in Palm Beach, Florida.

During his years of practice Dr. Spaziani taught the following Four Basic Health and Wellness Principals:
